Family Therapy
Support through transitions, grow together, and heal through connection.
Families are complex. Family therapy offers a place to process the pain that often lives between the lines—unspoken worries, different parenting philosophies, trauma histories, and the fear that love isn’t enough when someone you care about is hurting.
Whether your family is facing a difficult transition—such as a teen returning from RTC, PHP, or IOP—or navigating the impact of addiction, self-harm, grief, suicidal ideation, or emotional abuse, this is a space where healing can begin.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I use a trauma-informed, experiential approach to help families:
-
Rebuild trust, open communication, and emotional safety
-
Clarify parenting roles and strengthen co-parenting (especially when caregivers have differing approaches)
-
Integrate aspects of Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Therapy to manage conflict and build connection
-
Include the entire family system—not just the parents—because children and teens are often active participants in healing and change
-
Honor each person’s voice and explore what it means to be a supportive, resilient unit through difficult times
Family therapy isn’t just for crises. It’s for any family ready to pause, reconnect, and build stronger foundations of love, understanding, and shared purpose. Family therapy is about finding your footing again—together.
