PCOS Therapy Rooted in Understanding and Experience

I know firsthand the emotional weight PCOS can carry. Living with this syndrome is an ongoing journey; there is no cure, and symptoms can vary widely from person to person. I've felt the confusion, frustration, and fear, including worries about fertility and body image. I understand how isolating it can feel when everyone seems to have the "right answer" or when symptoms don't match what you see online.

My personal experience with PCOS informs my approach to therapy. I help clients navigate emotional challenges, explore their symptoms, and rebuild trust in their bodies. I also guide couples in communicating openly, reducing self-blame, and strengthening connection.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for:

  • Individuals with PCOS who want to feel heard, reduce shame, and reconnect with their mind and body.

  • Couples navigating PCOS where at least one partner is affected, helping partners understand each other's experiences and build strong communication.

You deserve a therapist who understands the complexities of PCOS and can meet you where you are, without judgment and without trying to "fix" you.

My Approach

My work is collaborative and individualized. I don't pretend to have all the answers. Instead, I listen to your story, help you identify what matters most, and provide guidance, tools, and support tailored to your unique needs.

Therapy focuses on:

  • Emotional support for PCOS-related challenges

  • Rebuilding trust and connection with your body

  • Processing grief, anxiety, and identity challenges

  • Strengthening communication and intimacy in relationships

  • Reducing shame and isolation

  • Supporting overall confidence and self-empowerment

Why Telehealth Works for You

All sessions are online, giving you the freedom to access therapy wherever you are in Texas. Telehealth allows for:

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Participation from home or wherever you feel most comfortable

  • Easy inclusion of both partners in couples therapy

  • A private, safe space for honest and meaningful conversations
