A free 15-minute consultation gives you the chance to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a feel for how I work, before committing to a full session. You might use this time to: 1. Talk briefly about what you're hoping to work on 2. Ask about my therapeutic approach and how I support clients like you 3. See if you feel comfortable, safe, and heard which is the most important part There’s no pressure, no obligation, and no need to have everything figured out.
